Standard Rate - Included

Unlimited mileage (except where stated), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Cover, Third-Party Liability (TPL), Roadside Assistance, VAT, vehicle preparation and registration fees.

Standard Rate - Not Included

Damage/theft total elimination, fuel, refueling service charge, fines, optional coverages (such as Road Assistance Plus and extra protections), premium location fee, extras, supplements, and any penalties or administrative fees.

Method of Payment

Customers may pay reservations using Visa, Amex and Mastercard cards (credit card, debit card and prepaid cards), following the booking instructions. If not prepaid online, payment is made at the counter.

As rental guarantee, a valid credit card in the main driver's name must be presented physically. Prepaid, recharge or virtual cards are not accepted for the security hold.

Debit Cards Deposits

Visa and Mastercard debit cards are accepted only when Super Rate is purchased, or on Standard Rate when Smart Silver / Smart Gold Cover Protection is added, and the card must be under the customer's name.

Important Information

•Driving on unpaved roads is strictly forbidden.
•Vehicles should be returned during office opening hours. Out-of-hours return risk remains with the customer until staff receives and checks the vehicle.
•For out-of-hours reservations, flight number and customer mobile phone are mandatory.

Meet & Greet

Flight number is mandatory (ideally at least 3 days before pickup). If a flight is delayed, the customer should contact the Sicily By Car location.

Lisbon Downtown has no Meet & Greet.

Minimum and Maximum Age

Minimum age is 18 or 25 depending on selected category. All drivers must hold a valid driving license for at least one year. A young driver surcharge may apply for drivers under 25 years old (commonly ages 18-24).

Ibiza Airport (IBZ)

•Opening hours: 07:00-23:00, Monday to Sunday.
•Young driver surcharge: EUR 25/day (max 10 days). Additional driver: EUR 15/day (max 10 days).
•Child seat: EUR 11/day (up to 15 days). Booster: EUR 7/day (up to 15 days).
•Cross border: cars must remain on Ibiza island; Formentera is not allowed.
•One way: available at desk (special routes such as Valencia/Alicante/Palma around EUR 500).

Alicante Airport (ALC)

•Pickup guidance: go to level -2, follow stops 36-55, shuttle between platforms 45-50.
